Carson loves dance fitness because it reminds her of when she and her sister were little kids, making up routines to records. She’s been doing dance fitness since the days of aerobics with Jane Fonda, and believes it’s the only kind of exercise that’s actually fun. This is the style she brings to her classes – she believes that playlists should have songs that make you want to sing along and engage with the music, and she encourages participants to let loose and be silly. Carson’s playlists include enough high intensity songs so that you get a great workout every time, but she designs them in an interval style so you can feel strong and able to keep going for as long as you like.
